Shipping Information – Southern Luxes

Have you found the perfect outfit or accessory on our website? Then of course you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

To operate as sustainably as possible and offer fair prices for our products, we have chosen to package goods in specific quantities. Once we reach our minimum quantity, all orders are shipped from our supplier in one batch. We hope for your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a better and healthier world!

Delivery

Below you will find the average delivery times for all our packages:

If your order is placed before 5:00 PM, it will be processed on the same day:

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
Delivery time: 7–10 business days (Mon–Fri)

After placing your order, you can easily see the expected delivery date of your package once it has been processed. You will receive a personal tracking code by email, which you can use to track your order via our Track & Trace app. Click on our Track & Trace app to follow your package.

Always free shipping

We cover the shipping costs. All orders are shipped to your address FREE OF CHARGE. There is no minimum order amount.

Lost package?

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description
  • Photographic evidence

If your package was damaged upon delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service.
All claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. We cannot issue a refund, credit, or compensation without proof of damage as verified by a member of our support team.

Import fees

In some cases, customs may inspect the package that is being delivered to you. Unfortunately, due to legal changes as of July 1, 2021, we have no control over this. In rare cases, customs may charge a small import fee. However, this occurs in only about 1% of cases. If import fees are charged, feel free to contact us.

Not at home at delivery or missed postal pickup

If a package is delivered to your door or to a postal location, Southern Luxes covers the shipping costs. If the package is not accepted or not picked up at the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier, and we are entitled to deduct 40 AUD from the total amount.

Why is my tracking number not working?

In some cases, the shipping carrier may need 1–2 business days to update the location of the packages. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in such cases.
